The Ninth Amendment

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

    This amendment is to basically tell that even though not all rights are listed in the Constitution, that does not mean that people do not have more rights than are written down.


    This video does a good job of explaining what the amendment is in other words than I did above.
